The village board of Grantfork meets on the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the village hall, with the exception of holidays, in which case the meeting is held on the first Tuesday. Meetings are open to the public and attendance is encouraged.
The board is comprised of six trustees, elected to four-year terms during local elections in April. The mayor and village clerk are also elected four-year term elected positions. The purpose of the board is to conduct business for the village of Grantfork, including decisions regarding village ordinances, services (water/sewer), and contracts.
The village hall, located at 205 Rock Street, is the sole office maintained by the village. All village business is conducted through this location.
The village also utilizes the use of committees to make recommendations to the board. These committees meet as needed throughout the year.
